Rates
Pacifitec is open 9am - 5pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Simple rates keep your projects on time and in budget.
Pacifitec enforces a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. Any appointments missed, skipped, forgotten, or cancelled under 24 hours will be billed at full minimum scheduled rates and/or your pre-paid rates may be forfeit. Repeat cancellations may result in suspension of support.
Standard - $179/hr
9am - 5pm, daily
Pacifitec’s Standard rate is for Apple® consulting and Squarespace website development of individual accounts as well as sole-proprietor/small business clients with fewer than 5 employees, 50 tenants, and/or 50 pieces of hardware. For in-person appointments a two-hour minimum is required. Standard phone support has no minimum. Standard rates may be pre-paid or post-paid. After-hours appointments before 9am and beyond 5pm are billed at the Pro rate.
Pro - $249/hr
9am - 5pm, daily, and by appointment
Pacifitec’s Pro rate is for Apple® consulting and Squarespace website development of corporate accounts as well as business clients with more than 5 employees, 50 tenants, and/or 50 pieces of hardware. For in-person Pro appointments a two-hour minimum is required. Pro phone support has no minimum. Pro rates may be pre-paid or post-paid. After-hours appointments before 9am and beyond 5pm are billed at the Pro rate.
Travel
Travel may be charged at the corresponding Standard or Pro rates. For all Travel charges, there is a one-hour minimum. Travel time applies to home, office, marine, and web services on a case-by-case basis and may include additional charges for fares, fees, parking, and taxes.
Web Design
Web Design is charged at the corresponding Standard or Pro rates. For all Web Design charges, there is a one-hour minimum. If you’re looking for a native Apple-based design studio to create and maintain your website, Pacifitec develops custom eCommerce sites on Squarespace with built-in 2048-bit SSL security, unlimited products, robust visitor metrics, and more.
Payments
Pacifitec prefers to keep it simple by helping you to directly pay online. Use your favorite rewards-earning credit or debit cards online with ApplePay® or via mobile with AppleCash®.
You’re welcome to create your own secure customer account. Save your payment preferences and quickly manage your invoices online.

Pacifitec’s flat rates have no hidden fees, incentives, or kickbacks so you can trust you are getting unbiased information. Purchases of third-party domains, hardware, software, products and services are commission-free and unaffiliated.
